AudiRadioCodes.co.uk provides a radio unlock code recovery service for Volkswagen Group vehicles (Audi, Volkswagen, SEAT and Skoda). By placing an order, you agree to these terms and conditions in full. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our service.
2. Your Responsibilities
You are responsible for providing accurate information when placing an order, including:
- The correct radio serial number, exactly as printed on the radio label or displayed on screen
- A valid email address for code delivery
- Selecting the correct radio model and vehicle brand
We cannot be held responsible for codes that do not work if the serial number provided was incorrect or incomplete. Please double-check your serial before submitting your order.
3. Pricing and Payment
Prices are displayed in GBP (£) and are inclusive of VAT where applicable. The current pricing structure is £18.95 for Volkswagen radio codes and £28.95 for Audi, SEAT and Skoda radio codes. Payment is processed securely via Stripe. We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Apple Pay and Google Pay.
4. Delivery
Most radio codes are delivered instantly by email upon successful payment. In some cases, delivery may take up to 24 hours. If you have not received your code within 24 hours, please check your spam folder before contacting us. Your code is also displayed on-screen immediately after payment for instant access.
5. Refund Policy

7. Limitation of Liability
AudiRadioCodes.co.uk is not liable for any damage to your radio or vehicle resulting from incorrect code entry. Our service provides the unlock code only — you are responsible for entering it correctly. Our maximum liability is limited to the amount paid for the code.
8. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
