Question 1

What Audi radio codes do you support?

Accepted Answer

We support all Audi radios including Concert 2/3, Symphony 2/3, Chorus 2/3, BNS 5.0/5.1, RNS-E, and MMI 2G/3G units across the full Audi model range.

Question 2

How quickly will I receive my Audi radio code?

Accepted Answer

Our service is online 24 hours a day. Most codes are delivered by email within minutes, and all are guaranteed within 24 hours or your money back.

Question 3

How much does an Audi radio code cost?

Accepted Answer

VW codes from £18.95, Audi/SEAT/Skoda £28.95 — compared to £60–£100 at a main dealer.

Question 4

My radio shows SAFE — what does this mean?

Accepted Answer

SAFE is the factory anti-theft lock mode. It appears when the radio loses power. Leave the radio powered on for about an hour until code entry becomes available, then enter your code.

Question 5

Can I get my radio code from my VIN number?

Accepted Answer

No. VW Group radio codes are linked to the radio serial number, not the vehicle VIN. You need to remove the radio and read the serial from the label on the unit.

Question 6

Do I need to disconnect wires when removing the radio?

Accepted Answer

No. You only need to slide the radio forward far enough to read the serial label. There is no need to disconnect any wiring or the battery.
